Absolutely AMAZING! I usually don’t write reviews so me writing one for this nail salon says a lot! I was extremely nervous going to really any nail salon because I am incredibly picky with my nails and I am going on vacation so there is a lot of stress for them to be perfect. My nail tech did such a good job with my designs and she did it perfect on the first try (which for her to be able to do everything I wanted perfectly on the first time is insane because like I said I am very picky). She took her time with my nails making sure that there was enough layers of red sparkle polish to make sure it was solid. She was also very patient with me while I picked my color and while I was being a pain in the butt about the length and shape. Overall the atmosphere was great and everyone gave really great customer service! Not to mention the prices are reasonable, I definitely spent less than I anticipated! ($65+tip for an eyebrow wax and a full gel coffin shaped set with 4 fingers that had designs)

I just spent $35 for my nails to look bumpy. I spent an hour in the salon for a polish change and a manicure. They didn’t even fix my dead skin which is the main thing you do for a manicure. Didn’t soak my hands. Nothing. Just painted them and filed them a little bit. I’m so frustrated and I will never go back. The employee Kim seemed super angry while doing my polish change and it just didn’t seem like appropriate customer service. Wish I didn’t waste my money here. It used to be good. ( as far as I know , the women who owns it, does a good job. Haven’t seen that come from any other employees )

I got my nails done today at my regular salon. My nail color was horrible. The more I looked at it the more it made me sick. So, I went here for a color change. Helen (hope I got her name correct) was professional, knowledgeable and even explained had the 1st coat of polish been white, my nails would have look neon yellow. I have been feeling out of sorts with my nail place. So, I will try Helen’s services for awhile to see if I can get an overall satisfied service and maybe some designs. My nails look fabulous! I am ready for vacation. #BrightOrange

My bestie and I walked in to get our nails done and they took us immediately, which is impressive for a Saturday morning. They did a great job taking off my previous dip powder acrylics, and Anna did AMAZING work on my purple ombré. She made my nails look just like the picture I showed her! My bestie got the almond gel acrylics, and for her first time getting acrylics, it was a great experience. 10/10 we can’t wait to go back. Thank you Anna and Helen!

Critical: CleanlinessTLDR: reasonably priced, not the most sanitary, unnatural and thick acrylics.I came to A&D about 2 weeks ago to get my nails done because a year ago they did my nails great for my birthday; however, after this time I think I will stick to doing them myself.When making my appointment, I had booked for gel tips, and no one mentioned that they did not offer this service (yes I should have checked, but I figured they’d let me know when booking if they did not do this). I did not know they didn’t offer gel tips until the acrylic was pulled out and applied to my nail. This was fine because the acrylic application wasn’t bad and the length was good. The shaping was a little rough and my thumb and middle finger got cut in the process and bled a lot. The blood was cleaned with a brush and put right back into the alcohol cup on the counter that was not changed at all during my appointment. The nail tech also kept digging her pinky nail into my open cut while polishing which hurt and seemed kind of unsanitary.After they were shaped, the gel was applied which made my nails look very thick and unnatural. The reference picture (attached) was what I was going for, something dainty and natural. I also attached a picture of my nails after walking out of the salon. The design, although similar, did not come out dainty and was quite big and looked a little childish.After my appointment I ordered the right color to do my nails myself because I own a nail drill, about 50 gel polishes, acrylic, the works. I redid them myself, with no professional training at all, and I personally think they look 100x more professional than the nails I walked out of the salon with (the attached pics “done by me”).It may have just been an off day, or maybe I asked for too much because many reviews have nice pics, but if you’re looking for something natural you may be better off doing it for yourself.
