Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have been coming to this salon for over 10 years. The employees at the salon are so welcoming and nice, you feel at home right away. They are also so knowledgeable and make sure they do the right thing for their clients, which for me was to recommend not coming as frequent for highlights. I don’t know another salon that would turn down money but Faby told me my hair was too damaged and she wanted it to get healthy again. Her recommendation was spot on and my hair is healthy and has beautiful highlights and low lights thanks to her. In fact I love this salon so much when it was time for my 14 year old to get her first highlights, this is where I brought her. She LOVED her hair and had such confidence walking out of the salon. There is a lot to be said about a 14 year girl and confidence. I love this salon and won’t go anywhere else. I drive almost 45 minutes just to get there so you know it is worth it! I have been coming to this salon for over 10 years. The employees at the salon are so welcoming and nice, you feel at home right away. They are also so knowledgeable and make sure they do the right thing for their clients, which for me was to recommend not coming as frequent for highlights. I don’t know another salon that would turn down money but Faby told me my hair was too damaged and she wanted it to get healthy again. Critical: QualityI went for a simple updo for engagement photos since the location was nearby. I asked for a knot bun and for my curtain bangs to be loose with a wave. She could not do it. I asked her to redo the bun. It was difficult to see with a mirror but when I got in the car my fiancée took this photo. I wish I had seen how frizzy it was. But I was too busy focused on how awful my bangs looked bc they were super curled instead of oven a wave. She blamed it on my hair being thin but I showed her a picture of my own hair styles the way I asked. I wish she could have said she couldn’t do it and we did something different.This service ruined my engagement pictures. I had no time to fix it before and even the photographer suggest we reschedule, which we couldn’t bc we are from out of town and have right working schedules. I was close to tears putting on my dress because I had no place to fix it.The salon itself probably should have been a clue. I went for a simple updo for engagement photos since the location was nearby. I asked for a knot bun and for my curtain bangs to be loose with a wave. She could not do it. I asked her to redo the bun. It was difficult to see with a mirror but when I got in the car my fiancée took this photo. I wish I had seen how frizzy it was. Positive: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went in for a haircut today after keeping long covid hair for a over a year. I had a picture of my haircut I really liked from a couple of years ago and wanted to go back to that look. I honestly had low expectations and they lowered further when I walked in. The place wasn’t the cleanest either (Not dirty but nothing to write home about either). I got concerned because I am a guy and didn’t know what I was doing in a saloon primarily meant for ladies. Cathy was my hairdresser. I showed her the picture of myself with the shorter hair I wanted and she got to work. We chatted and exchanged pleasantries throughout the haircut. She has a very nice demeanor and a pleasing personality. She repeatedly asked me, if I liked what she was doing. It looked good with wet hair but I couldn’t tell. I got home, took a shower and dried my hair and it looked fantastic! For the first time in 40 years, someone actually listened and paid attention to what I wanted and delivered. I have had haircut that cost me $ 60 or more but I didn’t receive the attention to detail and listening skills that Cathy has. I went in for a haircut today after keeping long covid hair for a over a year. I had a picture of my haircut I really liked from a couple of years ago and wanted to go back to that look. I have been going to Favi for all my hair needs for over 10 years. I love her because I always get a quality and good value service and exactly what I have asked for. On one instance the highlights were a bit too light and she fixed them at no charge until I was happy and had exactly what I wanted. This was one time in 10 years. My children and husband love her services too. The salon is not the most modern place but it is very and they use high quality products. Strongly recommend Favi!

Tony took my temperature, the establishment was immaculate, fresh drapes from Ziploc bags, everyone in a mask. Most importantly the skill level of every stylist in this shop, outstanding.
