Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityFirst of all, I had an appointment scheduled but had to cancel because an issue occurred that I was not expecting. Then at the last minute that issue was cleared up and I called to see if I could reschedule and Ms Lovely did even if I had canceled on her. This is the first time I had been to her and I absolutely loved it! My hair color was awesome and she was extremely professional and made me feel so at ease. First of all, I had an appointment scheduled but had to cancel because an issue occurred that I was not expecting. Then at the last minute that issue was cleared up and I called to see if I could reschedule and Ms Lovely did even if I had canceled on her. This is the first time I had been to her and I absolutely loved it! My hair color was awesome and she was extremely professional and made me feel so at ease. Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI had an appointment at 5:30 this afternoon, and upon arriving 10 minutes early, I was told the stylist is about 45 minutes behind. Ok, not a big deal, these things happen.Knowing I had an appointment at 5:30, and that I’d been waiting for almost an hour past my appointment time, a walk-in was given a haircut *before* me.I had been waiting, almost an hour after my appointment time, and I’m told “I need to do this guys hair real quick, he’s a walk in.” That isn’t how you’re supposed to treat appointments. Appointments get priority because they planned their day around this time, just to have some walk in cut in front of you?Probably happened because I’m white. Never coming here again.
