Positive: Quality, ValueI absolutely recommend this place! I’m not familiar with the area but looked up hair salons & found this place. Navigation got me there easily. I was a little nervous as 3 men came in for haircuts but no women. I was thinking is this more like a guy’s place? The hairdresser was very polite & sweet & I thought, oh well, it’s just hair it’ll grow back. My hair is fine & thinning so I keep it in a short bob but i hadn’t been able to go to my salon in the city & my hair was a mess! When I got home I styled my hair like I usually do & the cut was really good & easy to style. This place is a hidden treasure & I’m very happy with my haircut!! I was a little nervous as 3 men came in for haircuts but no women. I was thinking is this more like a guy’s place? I have been to the location 3 times. The first 2 were last year and Cindy was great. She had excellent customer service skills and I loved my haircut. My most recent experience 2 weeks ago with a different person was quite opposite. Cindy no longer works there so I will definitely need to find another salon.

This place sucks!!!! Nail shop mentality where appointments are useless and unheard of. Called made an appointment told the person I’ll be there in 20 minutes. I get there and a man is walking in a few steps before me. She takes him sits him down as I’m getting to the door. She the looks at me says oh hi called me right, and begins to cut his hair. I told her then why make me come down if she won’t set aside that time. You really get what you pay for here. Rather pay more money and have good customer service and a good cut than here. Never again.

Love this place. We don’t come here very often because we have since moved from Antioch, but when we do she always remembers us. Very friendly and will listen to what you want without the salon price. Great haircut for a good price.
