Started in 2018, after 8 years of Barbering in the Mount Pleasant area, I decided to open a Barbershop that offers a more professional and personable service. Located in the Belle Hall Shopping Center, next to CVS, is Sola Salons. You can find me in suite 15. If your looking for a true quality haircut with no wait and a comfortable atmosphere, then this is the shop for you. Tony is an experienced barber with a great personality. He’s a local who’s cut all around the area that now has his own private studio. He’s on time and books by appointment, which is great. Best bang for buck barber in the area HANDS DOWN. He’s restored my faith in the barber scene in this area because I usually have to pay double what he charges for the same services. I wanted to get a “fancier” haircut than my old barber so I spent hours looking for the best barber because I want someone who really cares about their profession. I found A Cut Above Barbering by Tony Visconti and realized it was one of the best options in town for my price range. I booked an appointment for yesterday and easily found his studio. His studio is very clean and comfortable. Tony is a really nice guy and is a great conversationalist. He takes his time to perfect your haircut and styles it to your liking. He gave me an amazing neck shave at the end of cut with a warm towel to finish it up. I even asked for a hard part which he did perfectly with a straight razor. Tony is very experienced and I recommend him to anybody looking for a quality shave and haircut.
