Wide range of services, down home feel. I been coming here for only 3years as I’m new to area. They honestly go above and beyond for their clients. I have grown to adore the girls! I get my nails done by Jancee every couple weeks and so I have the opportunity to watch them as they interact with the clients in the community and they are top notch people!! For real!

Kristi is the greatest! She listens to what you want, puts in her professional opinion in a thoughtful way, and turns out the most beautiful cuts and color. I have never been so happy with my hair. She does it all. Excellent with balayage and foils and matching your natural undertones when choosing color and makes sure your colors compliment each other as well. This place is inviting and positive and I can’t say enough good things. You can also book appointments online which is convenient.

Went in and made a reserved time, the lady who was helping me degraded the new hairstylist and was really rude about it all while reserving me with her. I wouldn’t have wanted an appointment with the one reserving it anyway. So, I called to cancel before appt because I ended up leaving town and no one answered and I had to leave a message. Showed the kind of service I would have ended up with, so I’m glad I didn’t choose this place. Sounds like you have to be a regular to get an appt and know the people working here, so no thank you!

Kimmie was absolutely amazing! I just moved to the area and needed to find a new salon so I met with kimmie yesterday for a consultation. I told her I really needed my hair done by friday and she went above and beyond to help squeeze me in early in the morning today so I could get the perfect balayage! Definitely amazing customer service and her skills are fantastic! I will recommend her to everyone I know! So happy I chose A Cut Above over other salons I considered.

A great local salon! Jancee tops my list for not only her consistency and skill, but for being extra accommodating when it comes to squeezing my sons in for haircuts at the last minute. The previous owner always gave kids a dollar to go to the bakery and get a treat when they were done, which they loved. I hope the new owner continues that tradition of local businesses supporting each other!
