Saw the horrible and sad pictures of a clients haircut and even more disturbing to see the stylist and owner did not give a full refund nor did they handle it professionally. Things like that should be handled professionally the first time not the second time after being blasted on the internet. Hope the stylist gets fired and the owner should do better before you take the L.
