VERY poor customer service. We saw no times of closing listed online, so we went and got there at 2:30, and when we walked in, we very politely said my husband needed a haircut, and the lady working looked at us snootily and said very rudely, “I don’t have time today.” I understand not having time, but there was no call for the attitude, especially when they don’t have their closing time on Google or even that appointments are required (still not sure they are? It was very clear we were unwelcome, so we left quickly). If you enjoy friendliness, don’t go here.

I drive from Dallas out here to have Candice to do my hair, and have done so for years. I love everyone who works here and their work is incredible. It’s such a comfortable, fun atmosphere and the prices are amazing. Best hair salon I’ve ever been to by far!
