Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityBought a 30 day unlimited tanning package and they were supposed to be open 6 days a week, for 3 weeks in a row I showed up to tan on a Saturday morning and no one is their the store is closed so I made a trip to tan for nothing. They didn’t post any signs the day before to let people know that they would not be open not to mention that I paid to be able to tan 6 days a week not 5. So not only have I wasted my time and gas to tan on a Saturday but I also didn’t receive the service that I paid for. I’ve also been forgotten about when I do tan that I have to get completely dressed to go and tell them to turn on my tanning beds because they forgot about me. I love each and every lady that works there, vanessa is so awesome, my hair is natural curly, very frizzy. Vanessa flat irons my hair and you can’t tell my hair has any curl at all, she always makes me feel comfortable. You get treated like one of their family! God Bless Them All!!!
