Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueRecently I found myself looking for a new hairdresser. I highly recommend Trisha Adkins the owner of A Chatti Hair Salon.  She is one of the Best. Not only is she a seasoned hairdresser and very knowledgeable and professional but she is extremely down to earth and very caring and kind and listens and communicate very well. My haircut is a little difficult and I have a certain way I like my hair colored and she listened to everything I said and my hair looks exactly like I wanted. Recently I found myself looking for a new hairdresser. I highly recommend Trisha Adkins the owner of A Chatti Hair Salon.  She is one of the Best. Not only is she a seasoned hairdresser and very knowledgeable and professional but she is extremely down to earth and very caring and kind and listens and communicate very well. My haircut is a little difficult and I have a certain way I like my hair colored and she listened to everything I said and my hair looks exactly like I wanted. 

Critical: Professionalism, ValueI have been here twice in the last year. Both times I left the salon not feeling the best because some stylists are completely incapable of following simple directions. I Decided to try and give them another try and I see the sign there that states that their appointments only. okay no problem I’ll just call and make an appointment. I’m outside I see that there’s multiple people inside just standing around and talking while only one person’s getting their hair done. Nope!! The women in the store were more focused on talking then actually answering the phone. I watched them through the window and saw the stylists looking at the phone and not even carrying that it was ringing. Talk about lazy and incompetent and most importantly and unprofessional. I have been here twice in the last year. Both times I left the salon not feeling the best because some stylists are completely incapable of following simple directions. I Decided to try and give them another try and I see the sign there that states that their appointments only. okay no problem I’ll just call and make an appointment.
