I’ve been using this place for some time but today they played a bad one on me. I wanted to get a regular pedi and a gel mani so I asked the owner how much it would be and she told me $56 total for both , the owner was the one that did my pedi, she came over to where I was getting the gel mani to let me know that it was now going to be $62 I immediately told her you told me $56 that’s why I agreed to get them done . Don’t know why she had to pull that fast one on me. It was very upsetting . In my opinion she’s not a very honest person. I won’t be using that place ever ever again..

The owner tried to scam me because i have trouble seeing! I’m partially blind and asked my daughter to help me pay since I can’t see. Owner was trying to charge me $150 for mani and pedi. Once my daughter ask for a breakdown of the prices it magically went down to $70 and owner threw the card at my daughter along with the receipt! Will not come here again the owner charged people differently especially if you have a disability!!!

Owner is the worst! She is a scammer she failed to realized the partially blind woman she was trying to overcharge was my mom! Once confronted she became so rude! Luckily her son was so sweet and helped me out and charged us correctly after I asked for the breakdown and he apologized for the mistake and the owner(his mom) came and snatched my card and charged and threw my card and receipt at me and walked away! Her son is so sweet he picked it up and apologized and I told him thank you but I won’t be coming here again if they will try and take advantage of disable people who can’t see!! Stay away from here and ask for breakdown ladies!!!

Critical: ProfessionalismThis was my first time coming here and it just wasn’t the best. I asked for a acrylic nail set and I did get them but the problem was that the women that did my nails was too aggressive!! She made me bleed on one of my fingers! This was my first time coming here and it just wasn’t the best. I asked for a acrylic nail set and I did get them but the problem was that the women that did my nails was too aggressive!! She made me bleed on one of my fingers! Critical: QualityVery disappointing. I went for a pedicure and the service was not good at all. I got my nails clipped and cleaned fine, but the scrub part was so bad. she only scrubbed on one side of my foot and nothing on the heel or other side of my foot. She did this on both my feet. I asked if she could scrub more detailed because i still more that needed to be scrubbed off. She then offers a callus remover, which i do not need as i do not have calluses. The scrub part took about 2-3 minutes and then lotioned my feet and sent me off. Still didnt scrub any of the parts I mentioned. For this i paid $32. I tipped because i feel bad for businesses right now struggling, but will not be returning here. I have been going here for years! It’s right down the street from my house. I always call and make an appointment though because if you dont make an appointment you will be waiting forever (you have to wait sometimes even when you do make an appointment).

Being rushed, i looked for a nail salon near me…i found this place. I needed a color change and nail fixed. They Refused to give me a color change and mentioned I needed a fill. Not thinking much of it, I continued. The nail that needed to get fixed (due to mid way breakage), was never removed. Not being very knowledged I didn’t say anything, although it didn’t seem right. Acrylic was put over it…. finally it was time for the color… I had brought my own nail gel nail Polish … they lady (Connie) said that she didn’t want to use it that it wasn’t a good brand…. I mentioned to her that that was the same nail Polish I currently had. She went ahead and finally used it…. being a bit upset she was applying the gel color. She added 3 coats of the color and the clear coat….. a total of 4 coats. I mentioned to her that it was to thick that it wasn’t going to dry properly.( She ignored me) after 2 and a half hours she was done… I was charged $45 ( a regular full set price) just for a fill. I left….. later that day I took a shower and my nail Polish bubbled … it then started to peel off… I called Connie and set up another appointment. She fixed it and charged me $ 31 … I noticed the nail the needed to be fixed and was just covered with acrylic instead cracking again…. I told her about it but she said it was fine. The next day it fell and I went again to get it fixed… she charge me again. $ 10 …. I do not recommend this place…
