I highly recommend and I sincerely cherish her talent. After moving to CO from AZ, (Where I was with the same stylist/colorist for 15 years), in less than 2 years, I suffered through 4 different styliststs that ruined my hair. Misty fixed my color in the first visit and has made my hair look and feel awesome every visit since. She even helped those of us that needed root-touch-ups during the Covid shutdown, with home kits. She is a masterful colorist!! Devoted, precise and produces the most beautifully blended colors. I highly recommend and I sincerely cherish her talent. After moving to CO from AZ, (Where I was with the same stylist/colorist for 15 years), in less than 2 years, I suffered through 4 different styliststs that ruined my hair. Critical: ProfessionalismRude and unprofessional. Will charge you $75 to ask questions about services ($75 not applied towards your services) and is condescending to potential customers. Was told I offended her by asking a pricing question that she said I could find the answer to myself by looking through the website information (website is not laid out well and difficult to navigate). When I asked her for an idea of the total price before paying the $75 fee to go any further she stated she would not work with me and told me good luck! Never in my life have I been treated so poorly by a business, by a person that thinks so highly of themselves that asking a simple question as a customer is so offensive that your business is not wanted.
