I had a HORRIBLE facial experience with Haley! I would give ZERO stars if possible! She was NOT prepared for my facial and spent over 12 minutes outside the room once she got started looking for items. She left the room a total of 3 times. Haley dug the Bobby pin in my forehead while attempting to connect the towel around my head.

Very disappointed in how things went for me here. First of all, I came in last Wednesday after taking a day off of work to relax. My husband bought me a spa package and arranged for a day off of work for me to go. When signing in, I was told that my appointment was actually on Thursday. I was told that they could go ahead and squeeze me in since I already had the day off. I had a 50 min facial followed by an 80 minute massage. I also had a 80 minute foot spa but was told that I would need to come back another day for that. I was ok with that. I started my facial at 3:10 and I was out the door by 4:30 for what should’ve been more than 2 hours. I paid full price for the services and tipped both 25$ each. I felt jipped but I wasn’t entirely sure of what gift package my husband had bought me. So my 80 min foot spa was scheduled this Wednesday and I was out with a kidney infection and positive at home Covid test. I told the staff this and that I could bring a doc note as soon as I was well enough. The spa went ahead and pulled the entire 80$ off of my husbands credit card today… Very very disappointed in this spa. I understand there are policies in place but sometimes emergencies happen. Sad.. my husband bought this as a gift.. it’s a burden… Feels like absolute robbery.

This spa is great I’ve had a good experience each visit……. but Travis is hands down my best MT, he was very in tune with the process from start to finish and very knowledgeable about the condition of my stressed muscles. Very polite and professional and a great added asset to this team❤️❤️❤️❤️

Terrible customer service. Terrible rapport. Upon arriving for my first appointment THEY CANCELED ON ME and made me reschedule while I was standing in the lobby. Owner promised a free eye brow waxing to make up for it, then she scheduled me with a different tech and surprise – it was not free! But no big deal. Then my next appointment I needed to reschedule -WHOA that’s gonna cost ya! They were going to charge me full price TWICE for an eye brow waxing when they flubbed on the first one. I even offered to go ahead and pay for it today but to reschedule a couple weeks away because my brows hadn’t grown in enough to even have them waxed again. NOPE no can do! TISK TISK.. I understand having cancellation policies but have a little more situational awareness.

I had a massage done there last night, and let me tell you… I am NOT a better me for it!!!! My back is so sore and tender I cannot even stand to be touched. I can’t lay on my back. I Can’t even wear my bra! I have received several massages over the years from different locations and have NEVER been in such pain after one. This was my first and last time there! Most expensive, painful massage I’ve ever had. I asked her a few times to lighten up on the pressure and put on my form I liked moderate pressure. I assumed it hurt so bad because I was very “knotty” according to the masseuse. I give her two stars because she was very sweet and funny but I will never let her touch me again!

My friend booked us a massage and facial for each of us. While making the appt they asked if she wanted hot stones which she said yes to. Before arriving you have to fill out a questionnaire which asks the level of pressure you want and I selected deep. When the woman Diana came to get me she asked if I was getting a hot stone massage and I confirmed that. Little did I know if you get a hot stone that’s literally all you get. There was no pressure whatsoever. I didn’t understand what the point was for asking what level of pressure then completely disregarding my answer. When I went to get a facial Julie was massaging my shoulders and we could feel the knots in my shoulder, I made the comment that she was doing a better job that the m therapist and I told her my experience. I specifically said the most pressure I got was that I felt like my cat kneading biscuits. It was terrible. She suggested talking with the front about a discount and while I put my clothes on she did that for me. The lady at the front said the manager wasn’t there and they couldn’t do anything about it today (Friday) but they would take note. Then they preceded to say that they don’t read the questionnaire. So I’m out 90$ for a waste of a “massage” and still haven’t heard anything back from management.

I was disappointed as this place was recommended by a friend who had a great experience. I have gotten a bikini wax done before multiple times but this was my first time here. I waited 20 min after my appt time before being seen. The woman who waxed me shrugged off my complaint of the wax being too hot. It felt like she just rushed through my appt not taking care to check her work or let me check. It only took 10 min, which I feel is too short a time to make sure you’ve done a good job. She didn’t leave the room so I could change back into my clothes. After I got home I realized that she had missed an entire section of hair that definitely should have been waxed. Other places that were waxed still had some stray hairs. I’ve also never had an issue with this, but after this wax my skin around the bikini area is irritated and red. It still is even after 3 days.
