Positive: ProfessionalismI went here for my first massage ever and Jeanne was my therapist. She was very professional and I felt very comfortable. The room was very relaxing clean. The massage felt great and I went hiking the day after and it seemed to feel easier than other hikes this season. Definitely going to go back!

I got a prenatal massage there a couple months ago. While the massage itself was good and the staff member that did it was extremely nice and good at her job I thought it was very unprofessional to bring her dog to the office and into the massage room. The dog sat in the corner and was quiet for the most part but did put its paws up on the table in the middle of the massage and paw at me. While the lady told her dog to get down she also hugged her dog because it was “so cute” that her dog was “trying to massage” me too. If she hadn’t brought her dog I would be giving 5 stars but I think someone should know better than to bring their dog to their place of business and not let the client know beforehand.

I drive 40 minutes to go to Jackie. She is highly professional, personable and knowledgable. She actually suggested I need a hip replacement an entire year prior to my ortho confirming it. Her back ground as a PTA makes her stand above the rest. I am a personal trainer and refer my clients to her for care. Well worth my drive when there are many other therapist very close to me.

I tried out 4 different massage therapists before discovering Jackie. I believe the difference between the others and Jackie is that she was previously a physical therapist and that training is evident in her current work. I’ve gone once a month for about three years and in all that time I haven’t had to have any cortisone shots, back doctor visits, etc. What a difference she’s made in my life!
