I have no idea why a REAL review was never done for this place but it’s awful. Firstly I’m new to the neighborhood and my roommate recommended them. The first time I went inside there was a customer issue and the issue was handled poorly and it made me so uncomfortable that I didn’t want to continue but I had no choice. Also if I might add I asked them could they do a specific design and they said yes but upon doing so it was horrible that I just went with plain nails.

Absolutely the worse nail salon I have even been too I will never go back to this place. I got my nails wrapped and the nails are cracking and they are uneven. The lady rushed thru my nails and didn’t give me what I wanted. I wasted money and then had to go somewhere else to get my nails redone the right way. I will never recommend them to anyone I know. Such a disappointment!!!!

Very nice place, very clean. I didn’t care for the woman that did my pedicure tho. She was extremely rough and wouldn’t listen when I told her to STOP because it was hurting me. Dunno her name but she’s prob in her 50s – def the oldest lady working there. I will go back, but just ask for a different person.

My favorite go to nail spot. I love how sweet and accommodating they have been to me. I have such a respect for how they handle disgruntled customer. They are very wonderful as to how they stay late just to help me and never rush to complete my nails.
