COMMUNICATION IS HORRIBLE! Waiting for a whole week to receive a response from the owner and her pathetic response was “I was booked solid all week” lol geez, I wish I could tell all my client’s I was booked solid and had zero time to return call’s and messages. So professional, right? The conversation is not directly with me. However, working in a business myself, everyone has a right to know how this lady handles her client’s and potential clients.
