Mixed experience. I went a few times and had the best experience with Jef. He was amazing. Very sociable and gave a great haircut. I would give the business 5 stars based on him. Bill on the other hand gives a good haircut, but could use a lot of help with his customer service. Bill cared more about what he wanted, than what I wanted from a haircut. Not a great experience with Bill and would rate him 2 stars. Good haircut, but don’t expect anything other than that. Someone should tell Bill he is in the service industry.

The barber was extremely reasonably priced despite being an actual barber, which is unusual, in my experiences. Although he cut my hair very quickly, he actually did a far better job than I typically expect even when the cosmetologists take a fair amount of time. He did wash my hair and shave me, as well, though not with a straight-edge razor. He missed a few hairs here and there. No annoying chit-chat, although I noticed that, if that’s your thing, the barbers seem to be able to do that, as well.
