Critical: Professionalism, ValueWent the first time got regular gel nails by Ying and was super happy! Was charged 45. Plus I gave $10 tip.Two weeks later I go for a FILL IN and was helped by someone new who’s name I didn’t know. I told her regular polish. She gave me no chip instead, I wanted a design she told me $10 extra so I said never mind. I came in with squoval shaped nails she never even asked about what shape I wanted and then gave me square nails. And charged me $40 dollars for a fill in with four different colors! I didn’t bring up the price that night because I wasn’t sure what I had paid the first time I would have to go home and check. When I realized that I pretty much paid for a FULL SET the second time as well I called the following day (because they had already closed for the night) and asked how much for a fill in and was quoted $25!!!! I immediately returned to the store and asked why was I charged so much! She told me she gave me no chip! After I told her I didn’t want no chip! Ridiculous. And then told me it’s $5 extra for anything with more than two colors. Which was never mentioned to me the night before while getting them done! I’m so mad it’s so hard to find someone who does a good job on your nails every time. Went the first time got regular gel nails by Ying and was super happy! Was charged 45. Plus I gave $10 tip.Two weeks later I go for a FILL IN and was helped by someone new who’s name I didn’t know. My daughter called on a Sunday to schedule with Kim, spoke with Kim, scheduled for a Thursday evening. When she got there at 4pm they were closed. No lights on and no answer when you called. The only reason I gave this place even 2 stars was because I absolutely love Kim and her work but I can not spend my money here, or refer friends and family anymore. 2 occasions I’ve scheduled appointments, with Kim and the first time I made the appointment with THE OWNER. She never wrote them down so I couldn’t get my nails done. Lesson learned. Only schedule with Kim. The second time he rushed on them because more people walked in. He just did what he wanted and did not ask if I wanted them shaped differently which I did! The guy there did my nails both times I went. The first time he made me bleed and tried to cover it with his thumb. The second time he rushed on them because more people walked in. He just did what he wanted and did not ask if I wanted them shaped differently which I did! The nails were lumpy and not fully covered with polish. I will never go here again.
