I was charged for a “soak off” of the acrylics the “nail tech” basically ripped off of me using a nail clipper and plastic tips. It was painful at times. Then they asked me to pay for the manicure before she even completed the service. The place had so many good reviews, I thought it would be better. NEVER coming back. This place is lacking hygiene and I highly doubt the techs are licensed.
