I only have one thing to say. I didn’t like my nails at all but whatever. When I was done, I noticed that there was a hair in one of my polished nails. I noticed while she was doing it, her trying to remove the hair. So instead of taking the nail polish off and doing it again, she left it!! HER HAIR WAS IN MY NAIL POLISH! I TOOK SOME OF THE NAIL TECHS DNA WITH ME!! Never again!!

I’ve walked in to this location twice right around 5:30pm because it’s right next to my eyebrow threading place and it is convenient. Both times I asked for my nails to be quickly painted and filed, (no manicure, no tips, no removal of polish) and both times I was turned away because they were “busy”. Although I wouldn’t consider it “busy” with no one else waiting in line; If this business only has two people working and two people in the salon that is fine. Nonetheless turning customers away 2.5 hours away from closing and not informing them of waiting time or time to come back is just bad business. It’s a sign of pure laziness if you can’t manage to just paint someone’s nails in that time frame.

Do not come here! I’m warning you. I came in for a full set and the lady that sits in the first chair was so rude! She asked if I would want to do dip powder rather than acrylic and I said no, she asked why and then proceeded to tell me that since I wanted acrylic I would need to wait way longer vs. if i wanted dip powder….I was a little confused because there was nobody else waiting. I still waited and she proceeded to STILL try to convince me otherwise in a very unprofessional manner after I already told her no. So I just got up and left. Her energy and attitude was terrible! I wouldn’t want anyone doing my nails with that energy and whom talks to her customers like that. She clearly just didn’t want to do a full set and honestly could’ve just told me that rather than being rude and forceful.

Came in for a fill-in and a replacement on a broken nail, since my usual person had an emergency. I was desperate so I waited over an hour, took almost 2 hours to do my nails. I got them done on a Saturday and by Wednesday, polish was chipping off of three nails. I called and no one answered the phone or called me back. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Don’t bother trying to walk- in and get your nails done ..VERY Bad communication and rude owner!! Never again will I step one foot inside of this place for any of their services. And the updated overall design of this salon is nothing far from ugly ! Don’t waste your time or money going here.

I have been coming here for years and have never had a bad experience. Even when its been months, they always remember me. I have ‘difficult’ feet but I always walk away feeling so much better .
