I have been using their services for many years. The owner “Coco” is charming and has good customer service. The staff speaks little English, but they make themselves understand the clients. They even suggest hairstyles depending on your face shape. They are going to ask you if you want a massage which I recommend to take it. For the massage, you just have to tip the staff who did the massage. I recommend the bamboo oil treatment is impressive. It makes to look your hair so shiny and smooth. It is better to go in the morning on a weekday. The weekends are always overcrowded. If you want a nice haircut, I recommend asking for Yuki. He does excellent haircuts. The only reason I do not give five starts is for the Tip system. As some people mentioned in their review, the tip system is a mess. Mostly, the staff who does the color do not do the haircuts, So if you go to do color and haircut, two or sometimes three staff member will touch your hair: The staff who wash your hair, the staff who does the color and the staff who does the haircut. Sometimes, the staff who does the color also wash your hair. Every staff member who touched your hair would pay attention when you paid at the cash register, and they would approach you, looking at you and waiting for the tip. I am okay with tipping them because their work is outstanding. And, because they have known me for many years and all my family goes there, most of the time, only one or two staff touch my hair.

Quick and inexpensive straightening! $12-15 for an instant straight style. Only reason I do not give them 5 stars is because they are cash only and they do not use any treatment shampoo or heat protectant. I wouldn’t cut or dye my hair here- Overall, this is a great salon for a quick fix.

Please do not waste your money in this salon. Staffs are so disrespectful and unfriendly. They don’t give you any informations about their products before and just want you to sit and start,so you don’t leave. My hair color came out way different than the one I choose. They didn’t tell me before that color might come out different but they told me after my hair looked way different. I do not recommend this place.

Fast and cheap for men’s haircut, comes with a wash if you want. Some could get massage right at the chair, I pass on massage and wash though.
