Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismWow! I called and after 4 rings, no answer, so I hung up. Shortly after, I received a call back. I told the lady I was hoping to get a massage today and was told “I’m closed today”. I forgot today was Nevada Day, and as I started to say just that, she hung up on me at half sentence. RUDE!
