I love, love, love this place. #1 it’s by appointment only. I love this with Covid-19 and all. #2 my feet never felt so good as when Hanh did my pedicure. Feet were nice a soft, toenails shaped perfectly, and she even attended to my ingrown without me mentioning it. #3 my gel nails last and I’ve been getting French with different color tips and she always knows exactly what to do. I’ve found my place! Next time I’ll share a photo.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityHan , the nail tech was rude, impatient, unprofessional. My mom is elderlywith short term memory. Han was grabbing her hands roughly, speaking to her roughly. Horrible lash extension experience, first and foremost she did my lashes and upcharged me for lashes I did not ask for (3-D Lashes), and not even a week later the lashes were coming out in clumps. I came to have her fix them after already paying 100 dollars she proceeded to tell me that she would charge me for a refill still l after not even having them for a week I had large noticeable gaps. I refused to pay another dime. Do not go here , the price is not worth the service and she does her lashes way to curly anyway. Spend your money elsewhere

Extremely disappointed. All I wanted was to relax today and get my nails done. After reading mostly good reviews, I thought I had found a pretty good nail salon to try out. I even made an appointment online the night before. I got a text saying thanks for the appointment and that I would get another text confirming. Well the next day it was almost time for my appointment and I still hadn’t gotten a text and the salon was open for an hour already. So I decide to drive there and speak to someone in person. I get to the store and there’s a sign on there saying to text or call the number because I guess there was only one person working and she was with a client. I call and the lady who answered said that she didn’t put my appointment in the books yet… um were you at least planning on letting me know that you couldn’t take care of me today? Then I ask if they could still see me and she said yes I will call you right back after I look at the book. Well over five hours later and I still have not received a call back. I even called again and nobody answered. Terrible service. Wasted my time and my gas. I have never been to a nail salon where they lock up the door and the open sign is lit up. Will be looking for a different salon.

The salon is clean and the staff is quick, efficient and friendly. I got eyelashes extensions done here and I received exactly what I asked for. My lashes turned out beautiful, natural looking and it did not take hours to get them done. I will be back.
