This nailshop has some nice technicians. My favorite are Brian, Cindy, Angie and Henry. The only reason I gave them 3 stars is because of my experience with some of the other technicians. Some do extremely sloppy nails, the ignore you when you tell them your nails a not the same size or fill too much on one side. So technicians will rush through your pedicure and leave dead skin. They always seem overbooked.

Critical: QualityWent in for a mani pedi. My Pedicure was fine very simple I like the color. However my manicure was terrible he did not give me the full service. He did not soak and clean my nails, he did not clean my cuticles, and my nails were left bulky and not shaped well. I was not aware that they were going to change out the person doing my nails after my pedi, so I was already apprehensive due to that then being a male I just asked to switch people or just pay for my pedicure and come back another time but Cindy reassured me that he would do a good job. He did not. Went in for a mani pedi. My Pedicure was fine very simple I like the color. However my manicure was terrible he did not give me the full service. He did not soak and clean my nails, he did not clean my cuticles, and my nails were left bulky and not shaped well. I like A1Nails because the technician who does my nails does an awesome job. The techs are friendly, even the men do a good job. The areas that I have been in within the salon are clean. I have not had any problems in any way so far. Prayerfully, I will continue to say so

I’ve come to this shop twice to get my nails done with good service. The third time I came,I signed the book as well as talked to a tech about what I wanted and she proceeded to say ok, have a seat and pick a color. I waited over a hour for them to tell me they are closing and wouldn’t be able to take me. Everything happens for a reason because my money will go to an appreciative business.

I was in the area and decided to get my eyebrows arched. Something told me not to go there, but I still went inside. The eyebrows looked great. They used a strip with wax to remove the hair vs laying the wax on the unwanted hairs and removing it. And then I started to break out. My skin was irritated and red. Never again….I repeat never again!
