I had a hair cut done it was a simple cut it was a skin fade to the part in my hair that was there originally and an inch off the tips of my hair on top. My barber who goes by Z did not listen to me when I told her only skin fade it to the part but she took it on her own will and cut the front of my hair line with a comb and buzzers and cut almost an inch up my head. She messed up my hairline and I tried to explain to her about what she did and she instantly told me that I was wrong and that that is how my hair was, even though I specifically told her not to go past the part. After she got the manager and the manager told Z the same thing I told her but she still insisted she was correct to her own manager. She blew all the hair down my back and didn’t even put the paper around my neck before my cut so now I’m covered in hair and she rings me up at $15 even though I heard her manager told her to give me a discounted cut at $12. I had to go back into the shop because she had forgotten my skin fade completely. I am very upset right now because after I had gone home and attempted to style my hair it is now the most noticeable thing on my hairline. My family and I have been going to this shop for a long time and to be treated by a barber with such little respect and so much ignorance is very disappointing coming from this shop. I hope someone helps and resolves this problem on my end and on hers.

I checked the website on the Friday after Thanksgiving and it said they were open and I could make a reservation for an estimated hour wait time. I did, then I drove out there in time for my appointment and even though I had gotten notifications about my upcoming online appointment, it turned out they were closed… Not sure if it was a website error or something, but someone should manage that better.

I got my haircut yesterday by Sherri Abbulone. She did an outstanding job and was very thoughtful. She also provided super helpful tips on how I can improve my hair quality. It was easy to tell she was experienced, as she did such a great job on my hair. I will certainly be coming back on a Sunday to make sure Sherri is my barber! Haircut

Honestly, if Lauren (I believe that’s her name at least, if not, I’ll update this review if I can, she has a bit of a raspy voice to identify her) then wait for her, because she does good when cutting hair, everyone else there has been awful in every experience I’ve been there. I recently was sat down with Gabrielle and it took 45 minutes to get a simple hair cut that should have taken 20 and has taken 20 in the past, my hair wasn’t wet down do it went everywhere adding time to grab the hair as it’s dry, also flinging the hair everywhere, and I was constantly asked if I wanted it shorter after next to nothing was taken off since the last time. I came in for a hair cut, not just to have my hair combed a bit with the occasional use of scissors. They aren’t training their stylists enough and unless Lauren is there, I’m not wasting $20 for a hair cut that’s going to take forever and look terrible.
