Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI’ve been meaning to write a review for this place but keep giving them the benefit of not. Today was my tipping point. Each and every time I’ve come here some one has messed up on my nails. I don’t ask for anything intricate or out of this world. I get a basic shape & a single color on my nails. Yet every time I come in I always get a nail tech who takes their time on the person before me but then rushes through my nails just so they can leave. I live right down the street from this place but 10/10 prefer the location off of Bulverde road. I have never once had a problem with the front desk being rude over there, I’ve never had a nail tech rush through my nails (even though they were closed), and I’ve never once had a nail tech that noticed they messed up but just ignored it so they could leave. The Cibolo location is horrendous. I’ve had rude nail techs and I’ve encountered rude front desk receptionist here.My problem today was I got there at 3:30, didn’t get seen until 4:23 (they closed at 4pm due to holiday hours), I got a nail tech that was supposed to be “right back” after finishing the lady next to me but disappeared for 7 minutes. Came back started working on my nails & then got up and disappeared again. Then she proceeded to rush through my nails and kept looking over her shoulders to make sure she wasn’t the last nail tech in the building (mind you there were 4 others still taking their time with their clients). She messed up on my right thumb & right pinky finger. Noticed she messed up & still skipped over it. She did 4 coats on my left hand and 3 coats on my right hand. Then proceeded to cut my thumb due to her rushing through my nails. Very unprofessional. Very rude. I don’t ask for anything intricate or out of this world. I get a basic shape & a single color on my nails.
