Always on her phone, not having the beds cleaned and ready, doesnt explain packages to customers well, and didnt cancel my membership like I asked. I just had the best experience at this location, a location that I won’t put on blast told me incorrect information and I found out didn’t update my card back in November Michaela took the time fix the issues and calmly and pleasantly allowed me to vent. Even though it’s out of my way I am now making Maple Valley my home tanning location.
