I had Emma she was very nice and great service! I went on a Sunday and it wasn’t busy. One of the best walk in experiences I’ve had at a nail salon. I originally asked for jelly nails but they said they didn’t have that. Keep that in mind if you want trendy nails. Also they didn’t cut my cuticles. Cute place and I was out in an hour. Customer service is a 10/10. I would recommend Emma.

Haven’t had my nails done in YEARS, went for the 1st time in Oct. Then, I thought I’d keep it up and get them filled in, but I didn’t realize they were closed on Mondays(should’ve looked first). Anyway, went elsewhere thinking they’re all the same…they-are-not. I couldn’t wait to get them redone here for a fill in. Won’t happen again. Forum’s great.

i never leave reviews on anything but this was the best pedicure i’ve ever had in my entire life. i don’t remember his name but he was an older gentleman and i feel like my tip (that was already over 20 percent) still was not enough. i will be coming back and telling all my friends/family!! The place has a nice selection of polishes, the cleanliness is a question? They don’t appear to bring out sanitized instruments each time. It overall seems cleanish, other places bring out tub liners and fresh tools.

Great place, made appointment and there was next to no wait! Very friendly people! Store is clean, well decorated. They do welcome walk ins, I recommend appointment if you can! I LOVE my nails, this is my second time going, and I’ve found my place! My nails look amazing, they even freehand a dream catcher, it looks good. They have a massive amount of colors to choose from. They do nails and toes! Definitely recommend

Beyond frustrated with my service at Forum. I waited an hour and a half just to get SNS dip nails done. Several people asked how long the wait would be and no one could give a clear answer. I paid $60 for dip nails and ONE CRACKED ON THE FIRST DAY. They do not use clean instruments and they share dip powder. Take your business elsewhere.

Nail tech was rough on my nails. Seemed like she was in a rush during my service and when I had to go back to get them fixed. Now that the nails are off, my nails are so flimsy and thin only on the tips. Will not be going back and will not recommend them to anyone. Dip powder
