I’ve been coming since last year, I’ve never met someone so knowledgable and caring about your skin and tan! Howard is the owner and he is always around and happy to help, I can’t believe people come in and make bad reviews because he won’t put them in a tanning bed the first day and fry them, because they don’t understand that gradual is healthy and the right way to do it. I’ve never had any problem with him being pushy or not helping me receive my tan in the time I wanted!

I have been going to many different tanning salons for many years and I absolutely love this one. Yes, they do give you a run-down/walk-through, test your skin, make you drink water, etc. but that’s only in your best interest. I prefer having my tanning be “controlled” rather than i just decide seeing as though i am not trained nor an expert on tanning. I live a half hour away now and still come here and continue to do so. Excellent place.

I recommend Endless Summer Tan to everyone! The salon is clean, the beds are superior and the staff is extremly knowledgeable and friendly. They worked with my budget and helped me plan out my tanning schedule for the perfect tan. The lotions they sell leave my skin super soft and they really help to increase the life of your tan. The staff takes the time to ensure that you are tanning effectively and most importantly safely!! I love EST!!

My first experience at EST was amazing!! Love the energy and the atmosphere is great. The people are kind and very intelligent , I don’t understand how one wouldn’t want an experience like this! One on one consultation, and the deals and specials are custom to every individuals need and budget! I have been coming here for 6 years. I travel to sunny places alot. I have never gotten a burn, not even pink while on vacation. Yes, Howie has you drink water, well, you have to hydrate to tan. He knows his stuff, and if you listen you will have an amazing tan, and never burn when you are in the sun. Love Love Love this place.

The owner at this salon (if even worth calling it that) is just awful. Like some of the other posts have mentioned, the owner here will try to control every single aspect of the tanning process, from forcing you to drink water before you tan, to buying their products, to limiting the number of minutes you are allowed to tan. He forces you to sign an agreement when you start so he can basically control everything you do. I purchased a $1/minute package, which is pretty reasonable I would say, however, you are forced to purchase their lotion (which is about $20). I purchased the lotion to get a “base tan” but after a few weeks they told me I couldn’t use that anymore and had to purchase the next level up. I said no thanks – such a scam. Recently I went in and forgot my lotion, and the owner started to make me one of his “concoctions” and told me it would be $5. Excuse me, but why would I pay $5 for ONE cup of lotion when I already spent $20 on a huge bottle that apparently I can’t use for more than a few weeks. I refused to pay,and then he stated that he was giving me a deal, that cup was actually worth $8, so I was lucky to get it for free. I am confused as to who actually buys into this BS. After I got into an argument about the lotion, I asked how many minutes I was going in for and he said 7. I told him that for the past month I was doing 11 minutes, and he said, well you are red and my employees have been giving you the wrong amount of minutes. I would say I am relatively tan already, and he assured me that I actually was not and I was a little red (I have been going about once a week so that made zero sense to me). I was baffled and told him that I wanted my money back then, and he said no that I could “walk out the door.” If this is the type of treatment you get from an owner of a business, there is a serious problem here. Meanwhile he was arguing with me while another new customer was right next to me; last time I checked, the customer is always right. Not sure this guy got that memo. Another thing to note is that they check your skin everytime to see your “progress.” I do not want a creepy 50 year old man touching my neck and wrist, no thank you. I am planning on using the remainder of my minutes and then going to find somewhere else less stressful. I would not recommend going here, unless you want to be harassed everytime about buying new products.

They need to work on customer service, I’m surprised that they are even in business. I wanted to try a new tanning place since I moved to the area and when I went in the owner wouldn’t shut it and insisted on a skin test then brought out a tester lotion and said I needed to try scrubbing my face and basically forced me to buy his product at a “discounted” rate. After I was done tanning he gave me lectures about skin care and other products I should buy.. I could not WAIT to leave. I wanted to go in for a quick tan but ended up spending well over an hour with all the crap.

went in- and left. I havn’t been tanning in about 3 months. Just moved to the area was DYING to get some color. I have been tanning off and on for the last 6ish years of my life. I usually always do the full time in a 12 minute bed. I dont go tanning alot so when I do buy a package I do 12 minutes in a 12 minute bed a couple times a month, and its perfect for me. (verses going multiple times a week, who has time for that). First off they MAKE you buy a bottle of lotion. cheapest is 20 bucks. if you use it great if you dont (like me NEVER have NEVER needed to) thats annoying. THEN she presses my chest and says i can only go in for 6 minutes. I respond, well i probably wont come back for another week. shes like ‘yeah itll probably only be 6 minutes again. thats why you should come every other day’.. NO that doesnt work for my schedule. I am the one paying for tanning aren’t I? I walked outa there very irritated. For anyone who wants to just go in and get a tan and scrap the bullshit dont go here. Ive never been to a place like ithis I was shocked.
