I needed a same-day nail job for a wedding and she was able to fit me in, and still give me exactly the nails I wanted! She listened to me and was super considerate at adjusting the size and shape to my liking. She suggested the gold foils which turned out beautifully! If you want good nails, book with Michelle. She is so sweet, easy to talk to, and most importantly, she is super talented. I needed a same-day nail job for a wedding and she was able to fit me in, and still give me exactly the nails I wanted! She listened to me and was super considerate at adjusting the size and shape to my liking. She suggested the gold foils which turned out beautifully! Critical: Quality, ValueI have been coming to this salon to get my lashes done and Kenzie does a wonderful job with lashes. This time however I had an appointment set up also for a new set of acrylics and then my lashes. I was wary of the nail tech as soon as she started working. I needed to get the old acrylic off my nails and she never used a nail drill which made the removal process very long. There was still a thin layer of acrylic when she asked me to wash my hands. When gluing on the new nail tips, she didn’t make sure that she was using the correct size nail tip. She made the nail tips too short, then started adding acrylic with a brush that was way too small and didn’t know how to properly bead the acrylic. She applied the acrylic and it was so lumpy. Once she had applied the acrylic to the first hand, I let her know that I was not happy with the shape or the size so she grabbed some nail foils to make them longer. She was unable to fit it correctly under the nail tips. My gut told me to ask her to remove what she had done and end the appointment, but I thought that would be too harsh, but that is what I should have done. Hands down the worst nail experience I have ever had. The girl they had doing nails, that day, has no idea what she is doing. My nails look like they were done by a bad beginning student. They are horrid and what is upsetting is that now reading through reviews, there are more experiences like mine. Why do you guys have a girl who is terrible at nails, doing nails?! My nails are lumpy, they are filled with acrylic under the tip, they are poorly shaped. Pictures do not capture how bad they are, they get worse the more I look at them. I spoke to a manager that day and she was very nice and wanted to help me get my nails fixed, but I had already spent 2 hours and 15 minutes getting my nails done, and I didn’t have more time to be able to get my nails fixed. I have been coming to this salon to get my lashes done and Kenzie does a wonderful job with lashes. This time however I had an appointment set up also for a new set of acrylics and then my lashes.
