Critical: Professionalism, QualityDO NOT GO HERE!!! I don’t even write reviews but I had to. This is the worst nails I’ve ever gotten in my life. I just asked for a fill in and Mimi tore off all my nails off and glued tips on before all the old acrylic was even gone. Then she shaped only one side and then started putting acrylic in the other before even shaping it. I have no idea what she was doing. I tried to speak up about it but she didn’t give me an answer. I swear they don’t even go to nail school there. There’s black all around my nails. There’s a picture of what I wanted and what I got. Chicken nails. DO NOT GO HERE!!! I don’t even write reviews but I had to. This is the worst nails I’ve ever gotten in my life. I just asked for a fill in and Mimi tore off all my nails off and glued tips on before all the old acrylic was even gone. Then she shaped only one side and then started putting acrylic in the other before even shaping it. I have no idea what she was doing. I tried to speak up about it but she didn’t give me an answer. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueIt was our first time going to a nail salon. We were super nervous. We went to two salons but they were full and were told to wait 1 hr. So I found LV Nail and called them up. They asked how far out I was. I told them we could be there in ten minutes. They said “OK. See you in ten minutes.” When we go there they were obviously very busy but was able to get us chairs. My daughter and niece got acrylic nails with designs and I got the collagen Mani/Pedi. We waited maybe 15 minutes before a tech got to us. But they were very nice and apologized for the wait. They took their time and was very kind and friendly. It really helped us relax and we came out of it really happy that we ended up there. The girls loved their nails and were really happy with how they turned out.
