Haven’t been back there since. 9s Salon is my new go to—they are so thorough, so kind, and do not rush their work or treat you like another number. They always find a way to make time for you!Update 1/28/22 – I failed to mention that I’ve only gotten fills since Nov. 2021, and I used to get my acrylics replaced every month. I’ve had a total of two nails break since then (one on New Years and another 3 weeks later) and then one broke today! I’m just amazed how long my nails have lasted, and that’s when I started going. At the very first time I went here… the owner guy was so accommodating. He showed to me the business ethics, customer is always right. Most of the workers are nice. Southeast Asian culture is very hospitable. I always come here for walk in. They always accommodate me. My experience before the end of this year was very horrible with the Asian old lady. No business ethics, no customers ethics. Not showing a good example to all her workers. Unprofessional, rude and possesses an inappropriate behavior for a customer like me.

I really like this nail shop. It’s fairly new to the neighborhood and there’s easy access to parking. The shop appears clean and orderly and they have a good selection of services. The only complaint I have is the ladies working there always speak their native language amongst customers who don’t speak their language. I just think it’s rude and unprofessional.
