I’ve been to this place once before around the holidays and the service was OK but I was a walk-in today which is nice they take you rapidly but today I had Lam to work on my nails. First of all he was too busy texting the entire time he was doing or better yet trying to do my nails which was a refill, repair one nail and cut them down. He was so busy texting he cut my skin 3x on the last I started bleeding. I asked him very politely to please do not cut me again since now I am bleeding. By now I am getting aggravated with him when shaping my nails I asked him for what I wanted since I am paying for the service he did Fine with that task but once he started polishing I had notice a fiber on one nail he truly went over it and now we have an issue he fixed it though cause he knew I noticed, but it was the way he worked on my nails that irritated me. On the phone therefore not paying attention to detail which is the reason why we seek out these services because they have these skills but today he got no tip from me sorry not sorry. Pay attention to your task at hand not your phone. He didn’t even clean the surrounding skin around my nails he clearly put acrylic on nor clean out with alcohol as usually done after polishing, so here is my picture with the cut on the pinky finger and acrylic still around the skin. Not going back here there’s enough shops in the state that need business and I will gladly take my business elsewhere. Next time Lam pay attention to small details and clean up after as I’ve been doing my nails for over 20 years and I am a very good tipper. Your loss

The owner said to call so we can work something out but I was never able to get ahold of him. I talked to someone working and she said they wouldn’t redo it but to come down and see what they can do. The gel polish was chipping off in 1 day and she got it on my skin. I spent $65 in total and less than a week later it was chipping on multiple toes. You pay extra for gel polish for it to last longer. I’ll take my loss & never come back here again.

I wasn’t sure what I wanted for nails I showed a picture but the original plan didn’t make me so happy so when the guy doing my nails started I was iffy but I didn’t give much input on what to do he went off my idea and it came out way better then i thought. We talked and he made me laugh so many times and was overall really friendly and kind. It’s a new look, I never do long or bright but these nails make me feel awesome. At the end they were plain I didn’t mind but he asked if I wanted a design i said sure may as well. He came up with something so simple but it really added to the nails. I love them so much! We were even there till closing which I felt bad for but they all were so kind and did not rush us out. The woman even did our eyebrows very well to add. The yesterday myself and 3 of my family members all went here for the 1st time we’re new to Waterbury and wanted to find a place that compare to where I go in nyc they definitely stood up to the task they were extremely professional and friendly also were very accommodating to my two-year-old daughter who was with me and received services as well I will definitely be coming back and this will be my regular place CT!!

Horrible experience. Came here for the first time, the guy rushed through it. It looks ugly and he didn’t even clean up my cuticles! When I asked about it, he said it’s an extra $10! $10 to do something you’re supposed to do? 0/10 stars, would never recommend.
