i got my nails done last saturday (9/24) , i paid 70 dollars for this set and it did not even last a week, my index nail fell off already and two others are loose. the lady also got up to do eyebrows 3 times while doing my nails. will be going back tomorrow asking for them to fix it because i’m super disappointed. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! the very first time I went to this establishment for a full set I had a good experience. However the two visits later they over charged me and do a trash of a job. The lady on station #2 apparently got mad because I was telling her that my fill in 10 days ago was a different price than what she was charging me. To what she answered: we just changed the prices this week and I was like but how much? It hasn’t even been 2 full weeks since i was here?.(that’s how you lose customers). That is not good for a business to have employees charging you different price every time you come. The worse part is the job she did. Congratulations, you just lost a customer I’m posting the pics you be the judge of the work.

Technicians both were really rough and one tech burned my legs with the hot towels. 98.00 for fill in and gel pedicure. I wanted pink and white the fill in was done poorly. I had to ask for them to paint the whole nail over because the fill looked terrible. It was cheaper the previous visit for a full set and gel pedicure. She also didnt paint my whole toe, and hardly clipped cuticles. Really disappointed with this visits because they did a decent job previously. The oldest tech with the airbrush brownish eyebrows is very rough. Now I have to find a new shop. Didn’t expect my day off to go so badly . NEVER AGAIN!!

They specialize in up-charging! My daughter was supposed to have a basic acrylic set, nothing too special. She added some length and coffin shape and my bill went from $30-40 to $70! And the nails looked BASIC! Definitely my last visit.

I showed Ann a design from Pinterest and she matched the design perfectly. Been coming here for years and they never disappoint. Thank you to Snow as well. Always takes good care of me and knows how I like my nails without having to tell her (from cut downs, shape of them, and colors). If you’re ever in Douglasville, make sure you stop here! I came in on 4/1/22 around 5:30p to get my nails taken off. I was told it would be a wait so that’s no problem since there are two people ahead of me. So I’m thinking it shouldn’t be that much of a wait. As I am sitting down waiting to be called literally 5 people came in and got called back with no waiting. So here’s where the my issue started. After waiting for an hour I asked the same lady (number 3) that told me it would be a wait how much longer would it be… Come to find out they only have ONE PERSON who knows how to take acrylic nails off… like huh!? Then say that when I first walk in and asked you so I can at least have an idea on how long I am expected to wait! I guarantee you had I just been coming in getting my acrylic nails taken off and getting a fresh set I would have been seated a lot quicker than today. I am still currently waiting to be called and it is 7:00p and so far I’ve counted 8 people that have went before me. I said all this to say I will not be coming back here or any other nail salons I’m just over them in general and I’m pretty sure it doesn’t matter to them that I added my little two cents here but I’m sick of it!
