I went as moral support for my friend who was a tad worried about the experience. It looked like an all female staff and clientele which is amazing and such a comfortable, no stress vibe. They made jokes that put us at ease, along with hilarious parking signs. Assured it wouldn’t be nearly as bad as she thought, my friend was taken into the back. She came out happy as can be and said it was no sweat and she had been psyching herself out. She made an appointment to come back she loved it so much. And they didn’t make me feel weird being there for my friend they were all just very nice. Love it!

I went here for my first ever lady-bits wax. I have always wanted it done and had a vacation coming up to use an incentive to bite the bullet. The lovely Heather Honey was so amazing. Firstly, the ladies who work there are real ones. They put you at ease as soon as you walk through the door. Heather was everything I needed for my first experience waxing: informative, not judgmental, patient, damn good at her job, so calming , and friendly. I highly recommend these awesome ladies! My husband and I loved our experience here. We will definitely be going back.

A bit late but that’s just me, except to my Brazilian appointment. I haven’t waxed in over a year and Sydney (training) made me feel very comfortable. I was very surprised that she started from back to front and actually thought it was the smartest thing ever. The owner came in to check on things and was very professional while informing Sydney of the skin reactions from different ethnicities. There were also other areas included in the service that other shops don’t provide. After living in Kitsap County since 2017 I finally found a shop that I am happy with. It’s also in a cute area. The end!

I pulled up into a construction nightmare but luckily for me there was plenty of parking. I took my first step into the victim entrance and the receptionist was friendly and positive right from the get go, that always brings a smile to my face, once inside I thought to myself “here we go” but i could not have had a better experience with Heather, she was incredible, her positive attitude, cander and professionalism has won me over and I will be returning again. When was leaving I walked out to the lobby and owner herself happened to be there and I got to exchange words and I’ll tell you what folks I definitely appreciate honest and hardworking women and at Elizabeth’s house of Wax
