I recently moved to Downers Grove, and received a coupon for a free haircut. When I called to schedule my appointment, they scheduled me for 9am on a Friday. The lady I spoke to on the phone was a little short and rude, but I brushed it off. I figured it’s a free haircut, and I’m sure they hate scheduling them since they don’t make any money off of them. But when I arrived there on Friday morning the door was locked, because they do not open until 10am. There were 3 or 4 staff members sitting at the front desk, who just stared at me as I tried to pull open the door. I was willing to try out a new place to get my hair cut and colored, but I will never even consider returning here again.
