Possibly the sloppiest and most rushed and careless manicure I’ve ever paid $56 for. Granted a crackhead walked into the salon and freaked everyone out so the manicurist was possibly a bit shaken up but she should have just taken a breather to calm down before doing this to my nails.

I usually come to this place because it’s close by but I just won’t anymore because the customer service is bad, they be giving you attitude for no reason, they tell you a price & then they switch it higher & don’t even give you details. Last time I went & she burn my eyebrow & didn’t even gave me a discount. If you’re going to not do your job right, then at least don’t charge the regular price. Like I said the price went up as well after she told me less. Or could be the way they speak. I hate it there now.

I have been going here since 2013 n Kim is amazing. I lived in Lynnwood and traveled all the way to Tacoma just to get my nails done. I now live in yelm n still travel to her. Her n her staff are friendly and very concerned about making their customers happy. She’s got a great sense of humor. I can honestly say I have been getting my nails done for a little over 15 years and I’ve never built a friendship with my nail tech till I came to 96th nails. I LOVE LOVE LOVE 96th nails. If she was to ever shut down I’d pay her to come to my house to do my nails

Pricing is not transparent. Manicure was horrible. Came in with healthy cuticles and NO hangnails. The day after, all of my fingers had hangnails and were peeling. The nail polish was all over my fingers and then chipped after a day.

I was there for 3 hours. If you decide to come, dont go at a busy time. For the job I got, it was over priced. I’m from LA where they do a good job and nails and feet should of been 75 – 85 dollars. I paid way over there and my nails was rushed over packed up with acrylic and the job was no good. They don’t explain pricing before that do that job. She just took my card and put what ever price she wanted. They did my feet really well, excellent actually. This place is awesome! Very thorough and well done pedis. (May have a line, even with like 8 chairs.) I’m a large man @ 6’6″ and 380 lbs and their electric adjustable massage chairs fit and feel great, excluding a head rest of course. =) They got a giggle out of my size 19 foot but all has turned out great. Always well done!
