Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueIt was my first visit to this salon. Being a new client I used the coupon I found on their website. I had some concerns about my hair and Beth, my stylist, listened to all of them. She seemed very knowledgeable and addressed each and every one. I enjoyed a scalp massage included with my shampoo. I thought I would just get a trim but after talking with Beth she gave me a great cut to add volume and movement. I loved my new cut it is so easy to take care of and looks great. It was my first visit to this salon. Being a new client I used the coupon I found on their website. I had some concerns about my hair and Beth, my stylist, listened to all of them. She seemed very knowledgeable and addressed each and every one. I enjoyed a scalp massage included with my shampoo. I thought I would just get a trim but after talking with Beth she gave me a great cut to add volume and movement. I loved my new cut it is so easy to take care of and looks great. I have received several compliments.

Critical: ValueThe stylist was very friendly however, this salon was not worth the money. I left with my hair soaking wet still and stylist was very rough with my hair. You guys can say what you want but all you saw was my wet hair before it dried and turned into a bunch of orange chunks. You want to call me out for calling in advance to let you know I was a few minutes late, a few minutes would not have changed the fact that my hair was suppose to turn out a certain way and was not as light as the stylist said it would be. The stylist was very friendly however, this salon was not worth the money. I left with my hair soaking wet still and stylist was very rough with my hair. You guys can say what you want but all you saw was my wet hair before it dried and turned into a bunch of orange chunks.
