Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI came here for a hair cut, the list price is $25-35 for women’s hair cut. When I pay for the service, the owner took my credit card and charge me $50. She didn’t even tell me the price before she enter the price, and she said there’s no way she can adjust the final amount. She told me she add the tip! How can you decide how much I want to tip?!Not to mention the hair was cut in poor quality! I will never come back again! Please be aware, this owner is not honest and you should stay away from this store! The owner is a Korean! Terrible experience! The ONLY service I had in the salon is a haircut!It is insane that the owner charging the tips without asking the customer! She just took the card and entered the number without even telling you how much she will charge! Her service/skill doesn’t even worth $15!The wash & blow was never in the package! This is not the first time I have come to this salon, and the haircut never come with wash & blow like the other Asian salon!It is a huge lie that the owner is trying to justify her inappropriatebehavior!
