Critical: ProfessionalismNever had a problem with Miss Tina until now! I call her early this morning because I had some issues with my nails to see if she can possibly look at it and fix it but she told me there’s nothing she can do about it and that it wasn’t her fault and I should have said something before I left.. which I did because she had to end up fixing my toenails because the lady who did it had gel polish everywhere and my toenails were so uneven. I spent $90 on this ugly mess and I’m so disappointed and Ms Tina for the way she talked to me this morning… I wouldn’t recommend anyone going to herServices: Pedicure, Gel manicures, Acrylic nails, ManicureNever had a problem with Miss Tina until now! Never had a problem with Miss Tina until now! I call her early this morning because I had some issues with my nails to see if she can possibly look at it and fix it but she told me there’s nothing she can do about it and that it wasn’t her fault and I should have said something before I left.. which I did because she had to end up fixing my toenails because the lady who did it had gel polish everywhere and my toenails were so uneven. Today I go to 90th nails to get my nails taken off (6) mind you they charge 10 dollars so to me that’s a dollar a nail so I asked if you only have to remove 6 why 10 instead of $6 make sense to me ok any ways Tina the owner start to clip by nails she stopped with me and told me she had a costumer (What was I ?) she stopped with me I was pi I think it was poor schedulings on her or she could’ve handing it different so I asked for my total of what was done and would never go back again mine you I went yesterday around 6 or 610 and she told me she couldn’t take me because she had 2 people before me I said you don’t close until 7 but she said sorry Mommy so this was the last straw to break the camel back for me. I Love Amy she tried to help but I’ll take my pennies some where else

This use to be my to go place for pedicures for a few years but lately it has gone downhill. The person that did my pedicure seemed to be in a rush. They did a sloppy job on cleaning my nails and every tool they used they dumped it in the water my feet kept soaking in. Even after using the foot file and having dead skin on it they threw it in the water and literally had my feet in there too. They never gave me a massage just put lotion on my feet and called it a day. I won’t be back.

They don’t wear gloves when doing nails or pedicure. And when you ask for them to use clean sterile equipment they get mad. How is this not standard when you switch clients. Using dirty nail files, nail clippers, they don’t switch brushes or anything like that. They need a health inspections cause this is bad practice. This place prices are ridiculous, they make up they own prices as they see fit. Especially for basic design and nails. They don’t wear gloves when doing nails or pedicure. And when you ask for them to use clean sterile equipment they get mad. How is this not standard when you switch clients. Tina always has my nails on point. All of the technicians are good and it’s a very warm and inviting atmosphere. Everyone is very friendly. They take their time and are very professional.

Also my friend got hers done for her wedding and they were all completely different shapes and she got one coat of polish switch did not cover the surface of the nail. I would not recommend this place. My nails were lumpy and there are many missed spots in the color. Also my friend got hers done for her wedding and they were all completely different shapes and she got one coat of polish switch did not cover the surface of the nail. You pay way too much for nails that have to be fixed. Tools were not properly washed and sanitized either. Please save your money and go somewhere else!

Had an amazing time! Took my daughters out for pedis and to get a full set for me. We had a great experience. Most nail salons reek of acetone, this one did NOT. Almost smelled of pinesol or another good smelling cleaning agent (NOT bleach). While I was getting my pedi the tech also did my nails. They weren’t busy, yet they were all on top of anything we needed. Most salons I have taken my girls to are extremely rough on their feet or my hands, this was NOT the case here. I WILL DEFINITELY be going back.

I’m not paying for something I don’t like cause he rushed on my nails and on they pricing list the fill in is 18 and 10 for two where 40 come in at ? Now you’re just throwing prices at ppl when that’s not what is being showing.
