I went there out of the blue to get a pedicure with my boyfriend. He got a deluxe pedicure and i got normal with gel. Took them less than 15 minutes was very disappointed there was barley a massage i kid you not they rubbed my leg up and down twice and said your done. Same with my boyfriend it was not worth the money. My nails were crooked and i paid 60$ and still tipped even tho i was very disappointed with how they looked. She barley buffed my nails or drilled them so i guess we can see how long they last. I got these done yesterday and already looks like i need a fill…

My mom & I have been going to the nail salon for over 10+ years… This place is absolutely phenomenal. Always does an awesome job on my acrylics, does exactly what I ask for, and more. There are lots of nail salons in this area, but I have to give this place a 10/10. Very friendly employees, and if something isn’t right they go above and beyond to be sure you leave happy.

Worst place I’ve ever gone to. They spent an hour and a half just putting the nails on and shaping so I left without it painted just acrylic and got charged 60. When I asked why it was “$60” he said because he did good. And I had already left a $20 tip. Do NOT recommend go ANYWHERE else Acrylic nails, Manicure

Amateur service! They are not highly skilled in nail services. My daughter wanted a French manicure and they said it was too difficult. Really! They did a horrible job on her nails! They were not smooth. We walked back in and had them redo her nails. I do not recommend this place if you are looking for high quality! Acrylic nails

Fingernails did fine. I got the gel in pink and with sparkles but as you can see they didn’t really round them so they look a little weird. My toes weren’t done as great but I got the deluxe and the scrub and everything was quite nice. But it costed all together about a good $90 because I was feeling generous and gave them an $8 tip

Another time I asked her to reshape them for me and she was huffing and acting like it was such a chore! Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI asked for the glitter to be on the bottom, I came in asking for my nails to be shortened on a fill because obviously your nails grow during the time before you get a fill. Charged me 50 dollars for a fill! 50 dollars.. told me after I called asking how much a fill was they said 35. Then I told them why was I charged 50 then, couldn’t really give me a complete answer felt like more excuses then not. Not only did I have a trouble with communication,, which I understand the culture difference but they knew exactly what I was talking about. I am BLEEDING from how they did my nails. I’m so red and irritated around the nail beds. Not only that, when drilling the polish off they didn’t take all the polish off so it’s bumpy around it. 0/10 recommend coming here unless you want shocking prices.My sister also got her nails and she told her it’d only be 10 or 15 more for her designs charged her 20 dollars more. Making hers 55.Not worth the pain and suffering. Their hospitality service here is actually pretty good but their actual nail service is very very sub par. I’ve come here a few different times to try and give them an opportunity to do good work but each time I went, my services got worse and worse. They are really aggressive with the tools, they’ll burn you with the drills and when you ask them to slow down or tell them that it hurts, they don’t seem apologetic about it. They rush through their services and it shows. They charge extra for things that should be included like cleaning cuticles/cutting nails and polish removal. Unfortunately I won’t be returning for another service, I cannot continue to spend my money at a place that isn’t efficient.
