Do not go here. First the girl do not know how to do nails at all. My nails are horrible. I had to cut them off. As soon as I got home. She told me I. The middle of my nails being done go pay. But let the. White lady pay after she finished. A. Just because. I’m black does not mean I can’t pay I’m a business banker. B. Maybe she did that because she do not know how to do nails. This is a disaster I’m am upset and I feel like she is racist.never again

Worst service by the only male who works here (I didn’t get his name). Acrylic full set final result looked nothing like the reference photo agreed upon before beginning the service. The color/design was wrong, the length and shape varied between each nail, and the acrylic was bumpy and not filed smoothly. Also, my natural nails were over filed and at least half of my fingers were cut during filing. As I noticed the design was not right, I showed him the photo again to clarify what needed to be corrected and he acted as if there was nothing wrong and did not fix anything. So then I asked for a refund and said he could just clip the nails off as they look nothing like what I wanted and the photo I showed him, he denied that request as well. So I was charged $75 for a full set just to go get it soaked off by another salon. This place is extremely unprofessional and will lie and say they can do whatever design/service you request, make sure to charge you mid service so then when the final result is nothing like what was requested and agreed upon they will not fix or refund any portion of your payment. Go elsewhere. They deserve 0 stars!!!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueIf i could give zero stars i would. I went in to get a full acrylic set, the nails are not flush to my cuticle & they were barely even cut so right after finishing it already appeared grown out. I usually dont care about things like that nobody can notice unless up close, however after leaving i walked about a minute down the hall of the mall & realized i left my car keys on the table. By the time i got back(Couldnt have been more than 3 minutes later) the doors were locked, it was dark & nobody was inside to help. When i returned the morning after they were very rude about my keys & said they havent seen them or havent been turned in, which is fine, but the attitude they had when speaking to me was NOT. They didnt even get up out of their seat to help me look around? The day after my grandmother went back up to see if they were found once again. They yelled at her & told her they told me NO! They havent been found. Once again its okay they werent found however, they are extremely ignorant. I will never go back here & ive told everyone i know not to as well. Please use your money on better nails AND better people!! I highly suggest LaLas salon in Monroeville. If i could give zero stars i would. I went in to get a full acrylic set, the nails are not flush to my cuticle & they were barely even cut so right after finishing it already appeared grown out. Before I decided to go, I read many reviews. The majority of them were negative but other nail shops did not have time to take me so I decided to give them a chance. I was very nervous before entering but I was pleasantly surprised by the end. The only male nail technician did my nails and he did an excellent job. He was very careful and precise while shaping and painting my nails. When a bit of polish came off while applying the top coat, he repainted it. This surprised me because the area was about a centimeter and something I would’ve expected to be overlooked; something I would’ve probably overlooked myself. There was only one time where he came close to my cuticle and the bleeding was very minimal. He cleaned it out with some liquid afterwards. He was also very nice and suggested that I should take my money out of my pocket before he painted them so they would not get smudged. I asked for a coffin shape and it is very even on all of my fingers. My nails are also all the same size which is something that tends to bug me if they are not. I’m not one to write a review but I was very impressed with the quality of service I received. I am not disregarding the negative reviews because I did not deal with the other two women but if you do decide to give them a chance, I recommend asking for the male nail technician.
