Definitely the worse service I’ve ever gotten. The so called technician didn’t complete the job. I admit I had a business matter I had to deal with while they were close to closing. I explained that to the “tech” prior. She had an attitude the entire time. Customer service and empathy isn’t their focus. It was a rush job. Nails weren’t even, they weren’t buffed. The owner and her daughter are the ONLY talented technicians with some actual customer service.

Critical: QualityWent in to remove the dip and get a regular clear polish. Not going to say anything further as the pictures show the aftermath. Additionally, she gave me a cut on one of the fingers and sprayed it with alcohol as well. The technician did a horrible job removing gel from the toe nails.At this point they are sensitive even while washing them with room temperature water. Wouldn’t go back or recommend to anyone at all! Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI went to Venetian 9 to get what I want my wedding nails to look like. I saw King, I think was his name unless I misheard him, he was so nice and friendly. At first I was explaining what I wanted, which I thought was an American manicure, but after showing him the picture he said, “That’s ombré.” He then explained what an American manicure is then let me decide what I wanted to do; I went with the ombré and couldn’t be happier. I told him I wanted a natural shape. He suggested “squoval” but left it up to me. As you can see I went with his suggestion. I appreciate that he explained things and took his time instead of just assuming that I knew what I was talking about. This isn’t the first time I’ve been there but every time I go I walk out happy. I don’t worry about having to go to a certain person for good work everyone does amazing nails. Not happy at all, I was charged full price for my mani and pedi I got a deluxe gel pedi and the nail tech skipped many steps. Still charged me the full price. I got an overlay that was supposed to also be a manicure that looks terrible and was rushed, again she did not groom my nails at all she went straight into the overlay, either the nail tech needs more training or she doesn’t need to be performing the services that I received, I will not be returning. I’ve been here before and the guy did a great job but I haven’t had him the last 2 times I’ve been here and both times I left DISAPPOINTED. Waste of money and time

I just had my nails done less than a week ago with dip powder and every single fingernail is chipped and messed up. I’ve never had such a lousy job done, and I go here all the time. There are two female technicians that are terrible at giving dip powder manicures. One always has it too thick and lumpy, and the other did it differently than everyone else and my nails starting chipping the same night. See attached photos. I spend way too much money to have to now go back after only a week. So disappointed and mad.

Been there before always had a pleasant experience. Went there Saturday Ken did my pedicure he cut my foot with the cuticle clippers then he put callus remover inside of it he attempted to Gaslight me and tell me he didn’t cut my foot and then I saw him use the same cuticle clippers on another client directly after me. I have always had a pleasant experience there I’ve been there three other times this would have been my 4th I won’t be back and my toe still bleeding and it burns a little bit.
