I went in to have a fill done and Emmie insisted that I needed a backfill for a set of white tips that were only 3 weeks old. Claimed they were yellow. Backfill was done even though I insisted I just wanted a fill. The lines didn’t match up on several of my nails and when I told her she didn’t even try to fix them. I won’t be going back. Have never been so disappointed and if the acrylic weren’t to thick I would take them off.
