Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI have been getting my nails done at this place for five years. However, I have always tried to avoid the female worker who usually answers the phone and works at the front desk. She was so rude to my daughter, another long time customer, that my daughter stopped patronizing this business. However, today will be my last visit. I called two days ago and made an appointment. She told me to come at noon. When I arrived on time, I was told rudely that I did not have an appointment. I looked at her book and in one of the noon time slots there was a (P) written with no name. But she insisted that I never called. I have been getting my nails done at this place for five years. However, I have always tried to avoid the female worker who usually answers the phone and works at the front desk. She was so rude to my daughter, another long time customer, that my daughter stopped patronizing this business. However, today will be my last visit. I called two days ago and made an appointment. I made an appointment for both of us (so they knew we were coming), but from start to finish we were rushed through everything. It was NOT RELAXING, NOT ENJOYABLE and absolutely NOT WORTH the amount they charged. They didn’t even use lotion on my hands or give a hand massage for a manicure. I made an appointment for both of us (so they knew we were coming), but from start to finish we were rushed through everything. It was NOT RELAXING, NOT ENJOYABLE and absolutely NOT WORTH the amount they charged. They didn’t even use lotion on my hands or give a hand massage for a manicure. I didn’t discover this until I saw my credit card statement. I returned and they denied the double charge even though I showed them my statement. The representative at the front desk refused to reverse the double charge then issued me a gift certificate for another mani / pedi while giving attitude like it took an act of Congress. Went back for second time to redeem the gift certificate and they were as rude as my first visit. I will never return to give them my business and my advice for you the reader is don’t waste your time here.
