Deeply disappointed. This hair salon is lovely and so affordable. I like to keep in mind that all people have their reason behind everything and don’t want to speak poorly of the salon or the stylist. My first appointment with my stylist was canceled within the hour of the appointment because she was sick and of course I understood! we rescheduled for a time that didn’t work best for me but it was the stylist’s only availability. I did my first cut and loved it so much I scheduled for color. The morning of my color appointment I had to cancel as I was deathly sick. I texted and stated I was canceling. The next morning I texted again and informed That I had COVID. I was charged for 50% of the total cost of the coloring service. But then the stylist ghosted me and didn’t respond to my texts after paying. I absolutely respect her time and am aware that this is her income. It’s just unfortunate of the double standard of having my appointment canceled morning of for the same reason. Even if she wanted to drop me as a client I would understand but a lot text would have been nice to confirm she received my payment and reschedule or just to say she won’t continue to provide services.

I had my hair done by Jess yesterday and it turned out great, she’s excellent in color, cut and her weaves are the best! She also did my son’s highlights and cut , he’s 18. She definitely does all ages.My son changes hair color to red, blue to purple, she has always pleased him. I recommend 8th &Hair Lounge, it’s relaxing, and state of the art look, is really comfortable. Even the reclining chair to rinse out hair tilts, so there’s no more neck aches!

Ive tried so many barbershops in Santa Clarita and seriously never going to an overpriced barbershop ever again, Kristy does the best mens haircuts! Not only is the haircut and styling amazing, it includes a wash that comes with a magical head and neck massage… what guy wouldn’t want that?! On top of all this, they offer a free beer or wine while you’re in the shop! Kristy also does a great beard trim and will have you looking mighty dapper when you leave. Huge shoutout to Kristy and Karen for opening the best hair lounge in the valley. This place rocks!
