Thao is the best! She always exceeds my expectations on my nail art. She does amazing work and goes out of her way to make you feel like you are more than just a customer. Friendly, clean salon. My pedicure turned out great but my gel manicure came out looking a bit sloppy. There’s gel polish on my cuticles along with chrome powder so it’s very visible and I know it won’t grow out well this way. My whole visit felt rushed and not relaxing. I walked in and walked out in less than an hour. I’m a stay at home mom looking for some time to unwind and can’t seem to find a salon that won’t rush what should be relaxing services.

I’ve been a regular client of 8th Day Nails for several years. I’m impressed by the talent of the employees and the cleanliness of the salon. I bring my 70yo mom here for diabetic foot care. They have great nail colors and serve drinks which is really nice. The only down side is the lady that helped me was rude and stressed out. It felt like she hated her job and did not treat me very well and was bossy every time I had to put my hand in the LED light. Haven’t been back because I go to the nail salon down the block and we can bring our own drinks.

I wanted to love the place. Everyone told me how fantastic it is. First, you cannot relax because it has a factory type work environment. My daughter’s pedicure person was nice, but was given the ticket for another person and hurried to get hers done. My other daughter didn’t shave her legs prior because she didn’t know and has never been to a pedicure before. First, the two ladies for us got upset with us for not picking nail colors and having the numbers memorized. We weren’t even told to go look at nail colors (didn’t even know where they were which was the back wall you can’t see till you face it from the opposite side of the salon). I’m not much of a talker, esp with another woman close by loudly talking about her life. But that didn’t bother me. What did bother me was the two ladies who did our pedis constantly talked to each other in another language, and my older daughter said she heard one of them say that my younger daughter was a monster with her hairy legs. Again, the third lady was so much nicer. I told my lady to not cut my toe nails (I’ve had surgery done on one toe for a bad ingrown nail). She did it anyway. I had cut my nails straight and short before I went. She cut them really short and cut it rounded which is a huge no-no according to foot doctors. I was astonished she was doing that when I told her not to. Also my chair was not working entirely. Again, I like to give establishments the benefit of doubt and so on, but my youngest daughter was embarrassed and upset, and all three of us thought that the two of three ladies were downright rude and mean. I was disappointed after hearing so many rave reviews, and tbh not sure if I can go back.

Took my granddaughter for her first acrylics for home coming. They were so great to her. Knew exactly what she wanted. Did a wonderful job, taught her how to properly care for them , treated her like an adult and were reasonably priced.
