My daughter even came with me this last time (cause I’ve been twice now but now will forever go there) & they were the most welcoming people! Let her watch movies with their little boy in the massage chairs with lolipops & everything! I was hesitant on going in but my niece told me they are awesome ladies and they do great work. So I went on Mother’s Day my first time. I do the powder on my nails and they do amazing job! Get some many compliments on my nails as well. They even answer on their days off to schedule, just wonderful ladies.

I have had to cancel a few appointments due to health issues in the past 2 months. I called 89 Nails today to schedule an appointment and they told me I couldn’t schedule appointments anymore. If I wanted my nails done, I had to call the day I want them done and if they had time, I could get my nails done!! This is discrimination and extremely unprofessional!! They will not be in business much longer!! That is not any way to treat your clients!! I have also filed a report on this and the fact that they charge tax on their services!!

If you are ljust ooking for nails without design they are good. If you are mikhail for a design, even if you tell them the design (flower type), they will agree and then not be able to do it. In addition if you ask for more than the normal two nail design. there seems to be an attitude and dissatisfaction with being asked to do it as previously requested at both the time of booking and time of appointment. It will be done, but I certainly irritated her with requesting it be done.

I have been getting pedicures for over 5 years now. When my feet and their care got ahead of my patience and ability, I figured I’d let the pro’s help out. I have had some fantastic people tickle my toes over the years, but I can HONESTLY say, I have always felt the work being done. I hadn’t realized the nail salon I went to had been sold, but when I deover up and saw the sign out front, went in and saw the changes and new faces I was, I have to admit, concerned. I worried that my most gentle pedicures thus far were gone forever; that I would have to start shopping again for a nail salon. I was wrong. I truly liked the former owners AND the way my feet looked and felt. However, I need not have worried. That first time sitting in the chair at 89 Nails was a complete joy! I made my second trip yesterday and was so happy to NOT feel a thing being done (except the massage – GET THE MASSAGE!) My feet are happy, pain free, soft and PRETTY. I had fun, I feel great and I will go back again and again. I highly recommend 89 Nails.

Not only did my nails come out better than expected, the ladies there are very kind, friendly, and the whole salon has a lovely atmosphere.
