So disappointed in this place, they also don’t have good customer service and refused to refund my money back. I got a manicure & pedicure with a friend. The experience was ok felt a bit rushed and they didn’t really do much of a massage for either. I got gel nails with French tips which they charge extra for both. Well two day my manicure lasted and sadly didn’t notice my toe was smudged before I even left the place. Worst place ever, and to have paid extra for gel and it still only lasted two days before chipping is ridiculous. Then when I called to why my money back as I driver a hour to meet a friend here was not going to drive back to get it fixed but that was the only option they would give me.

Vivian was going so fast and she was so rough.( she was telling me to relax my fingers but she was so fast and so rough I had no control over that) None of my nails are the same shape or thickness. I know they were busy and she was nice but don’t make apts for people if you’re gonna rush them out and do half the work. My sister and friend also had apts and they got the same treatment from other workers. Usually id call and want them to fix but I will never use this place again and I do not recommend it. ALSO they were saying they had to clean the chairs and seats but they weren’t between guests at this time. My 1st trip to this establishment today. I took my granddaughter to get her nails painted while I had a pedicure. Even with an appointment we had to wait nearly half an hour before my pedicure actually started. I pointed out a problem area on one toe. The woman told me, “Next time pay for a deluxe pedicure and I’ll work on it. ” My polish doesn’t go to the edges on some toes. Nails are unevenly cut. My standard pedicure was over in about 20 minutes. I was told it would be an $18 color change charge for my granddaughter. I was charged $28 for polish. Never going back.
