Booked for balayage talked about where I wanted my root and everything. Than she said highlights and I thought she meant like balayage highlights. Well I got highlights like girl I booked for balayage come on if I wanted my whole head freaking bleached I would of ordered that. I don’t care about paying big money girl I signed up for balayage who under 40 even gets highlights anymore honestly. At least hair grows.

This salon got this rate only because of Shahab. Shahab’s technical skills are tremendously amazing and unique. He is a good listener and listens to your concerns. He is always smiling and treats customer the way they deserve ( in a perfect manner). So, I would recommend this place but Only Shahab as your stylist! Balayage

I do not recommend any one to go to this salon for hair color. Worst worst experience. Wasted my money and a lot of time. I am not satisfied with my hair color at all, I wanted a purple balayage and I can’t even see 1% of purple color in my hair. I went the next day and she did it again but even then I can’t see any color on my hair. Very very disappointed with their service. I just hope I can get my refund and get it colored somewhere else. The Pinterest picture is what I wanted and what it looked like on my hair hate it

It’s common knowledge not to leave bleach on hair for 80mins. I showed up for a scheduled appointment, Susan saw multiple other clients in between, one person 30mins after their scheduled time, and I had to ask about taking the bleach off because she was working with other clients for over an hour without checking the foils. My hair is now extremely brittle and falling out with minimal friction. The color is uneven and not what I asked for. I do not recommend getting bleach or toning at this salon. I should have realized after my first visit because I’m paying for it now. When I told her I was disappointed in the results she feigned shock as if there was nothing wrong, and told me that it was my fault for going from red (which I have done, multiple times in the past decade, on my own without difficulty).
